The site displays the merchandise available from Lucien Laverdure's suppliers. Some products displayed on the web site may not be available in inventory. |

If this is the case, or if the merchandise is no longer manufactured, Lucien Laverdure will notify the client. If the client does not accept the new delay, they will receive full refund. |

Delivery policy |

Lucien Laverdure will deliver the merchandise at the address submitted by the client on the order form. |

If you are not present at the address you provided, you will be responsible for retrieving the merchandise according to the rules and regulations of the shipping company mentionned on the order form. |

No deliveries will be made to a post office box. |
|
Delays and shipping fees vary according to mailing destination, delivery company, and product availability. |
|
Delivery delays are calculated in working days. Delivery time therefore excludes weekends and holidays. |

The client assumes ownership of the ordered merchandise upon delivery. From that moment on, Lucien Laverdure will no longer be held responsible for any theft or damage. Lucien Laverdure must receive full payment before shipment, with the exception of C.O.D orders. |

Responsability |

All sums of money involved on behalf of Lucien Lavedure, shall be limited to sums equivalent to the price of the merchandise ordered. |

Return policy |
|
Sales are non refundable once the merchandise is shipped. However, it is possible to make an exchange. |

If the merchandise isn't what the client ordered (proof of this must be submitted), or if it is defective, the client may return the unused merchandise, provided it is returned in its original packaging. |

The client has ten days following reception to exchange merchandise. Re-shipping must be paid by the client, and all shipping risks are under client responsibily. |

Warranty |

Lucien Laverdure plays a role as a link between the customer and the product manufacturer. The warranty covering the goods is therefore the manufacturer, and it is the latter to assess whether the merchandise is defective or not. |

Defective product and established as such by the manufacturer will immediately replaced, provided it is still manufactured. |
